Fully air conditioned, with a private pool overlooking an extended lawn area and Peaceful conservation land beyond this, which contains a lake and small island that is home to many attractive birds during much of the year. The pool can be heated, whenever required (recommended from October through April), and there is an outside dining area, with table and chairs and a ceiling fan for added comfort. An extra outside dinner service is also provided as are a barbeque and sun loungers. There is a large garage/games room, which has air hockey, pool, table football & a mini putting green for any children (or adults) in the party. Inside there is a comfortable, carpeted living area with three sofas. The living area overlooks the pool and has a coffee table, lamps, large screen TV, DVD, stereo and telephone on which free international calls can be made. One of the sofas converts to a double bed, if required, hence a total of ten guests can enjoy the vacation. Sliding glass doors lead to the outside dining area and pool. The two master suites contain attractive bathrooms, both with separate walk in showers, twin wash basins and night lights so that you don't wake your partner or need to fumble for switches in the middle of the night.All of the bedrooms have TV's and there is also a Playstation 2 in the Micky & Minnie room. As well as the air conditioning, ceiling fans are situated throughout much of the villa, to provide a refreshing breeze. Although the villa is large enough to sleep up to ten it has been described as having a cosy, secure and comfortable ambiance by smaller groups.
