“Thanks for letting us stay in your fantastic villa.This has been our best Christmas holiday EVER! The unusually hot weather has allowed us to make the full use of the pool - even late at night! It was great to be able to put up the Xmas tree, put some Carols on the Ipod and feel like we were at home (only in glorious 80 degree heat!) Tracey was very helpful and we were grateful for her quick response to our "problem". We will be recommending your lovely home to all of our friends back home and look forward to a stay here again in the near future.”

It has been a fantastic (exhausting) holiday - a different park every day followed by a swim, a crafty nap then way too much food in the evenings! We can highly recommend La Nobua Forays du Soleil at downtown Disney which left us open mouthed and grinning from ear to ear.

“"Why would I recommend this villa", Well Cathy and Mark the owners are lovely they go out of their way to really make everything as easy as possible from fantastic communication, to helping you with with an email about the villa,Orlando itself, and really go out of their way to help you not get lost on your way to the villa.
The villa is spotless and very modern, it has everything you need to have a romantic meal to cooking for a large family, and What really impressed me was the small things like tea bags and coffee and milk to make a brew after the long flight, then at night to drink my bottle of wine that Cathy bought for us, marvellous. Villa is very close to Disney took us 10 mins to drive there, 2 mins from wal-mart and other shops, you are so close to the 192 which has a lot of shops and restaurants. Car is essential and it will make your life much easier. I am recommending this villa to all my family and friends you just can't beat a home away home with it's own pool and close to the orange grove, Also great to have tv's and DVD players to play my DVDs that I bought in wal-mart. I stayed for 3 weeks and loved every minute of it. Tracey, Cathy's property manager is lovely and will look after you while you are there if there is a problem or you just need to ask her a question she will help. So rest assured you are going to have a relaxed and fantastic holiday of vacation.”

“Writing this review has made me pine for our holiday in Florida and New Moon Villa.
I chose the villa as it looked a bit different from some of the others by way of decor and it looked just what I would choose for my own home. I was right; the villa was just perfect and we gave it 100% for taste of decor (which was modern, but warm and inviting), comfort and convenience.
The Palms at Davenport Lake Estates is perfectly located for Disney, but is also peaceful and pretty. It is also only a short walk to the shops which was brilliant. The restaurants in the local areas were also all lovely.
We are quite keen tennis players and it was great to find rackets provided (albeit not posh ones) and to wander down to the Davenport Lake Estate Tennis Courts and have a bat around. We bought the kids a basketball and they had great fun messing around on the basket ball pitch. The kids also enjoyed swimming in the communal pool, as they met other children there, but we adults loved the privacy of our own beautiful villa pool overlooking the Orange Grove.
Cathy and Mark and their managers, Tracey and Trevor, were fantastic to deal with. Everything was just as it says in the arrival pack, which gave us tonnes of details about the villa. Once there, we had lots of leaflets to browse through and other information to read which helped us settle in quickly. We did watch a few Pay as You View films. We haven't got Sky at home and the kids thought it fantastic to be able to watch all the latet releases by the press of a button for a very small cost.
We adored Disney and particularly the Epcot Centre. We have already talked to Cathy and Mark about booking the villa next year. We can't wait to go back.”

“We've just returned from a great holiday at Cathys villa. We've stayed in villas in Orlando numerous times but this was the best one ever. The Villa is in a great location, close to supermarkets and WalMart and an easy drive to Disney.
The Welcome pack on arrival was a lovely touch.
The villa was spotlessly clean, the kitchen was well equipped and the decor very relaxing. The pool was a perfect size for us and we had trouble getting our Little 'un out of it !!
We would definitely recommend this villa and should we return to Orlando, we would try and book here again.”
